Renault — renault fraud in cancellation of booking and refund amount

This is to inform you that i have booked renault kwid RXT O 1.0cc from solan branch on 17 feb 2017. After 1 month i have cancelled my booking.

Branch executive said submit your receipt at branch. I have submitted receipt and they write down my bank account information and said. Within 2 3 months your amount refunded online. But after 3 months i called solan branch they gave me other numbers to contact.

But no response from there side. I have also call on company toll free number and register my complaint. But they don't resolve my issue and said we don't know how much time company take for refund your amount. Approx after 2 years company not refunded my cancellation amount still company executives said we don't know how much time taken to refund my amount.

I am not able to understand why Renault company not refunded my money 8000 out of 10, 000.

Why Renault company making fool again and again.

Logically we see Renault company earning 2000 rs per cancellation. Renault Company do this with lots of customers why they don't payback customers remaining own money.

Renault Clio problems

Purchased a new Renault Clio May 2012. In August 2012 car demonstrated starting problems but Renault could not fix at this time as they claimed it required a software upgrade.

Upgrade was not available until December 2012 so suffered staring issue for months. In January 2013 software upgrade was carried out but since has developed intermittent over revving and excessive noisy running issues as well as using excessive fuel.

Dealer cannot get faults to replicate and Renault have just informed us to collect vehicle as they cannot do any more even though they are well aware this is not a one vehicle issue. We are with advice from Trading Standards taking steps to force vehicle replacement but it would help if I could find other customers with the same issues to strengthen our combined cases to get Renault to take ownership of their faulty car issues and comply with Sale of Goods Act and replace these vehicles they admit they cannot fix after almost a year of trying.

Just been stung for this amount to fix the gearbox on a 3.5 year old Renault Laguna (59,000 miles). Dual Mass Flywheel, Clutch, bearings and idler gear. Took the car to Renault Dealer (Ness Motors Perth) - couldn't diagnose the cause of the whine from the gearbox. Took the car to James Allan (gearbox specialist in Edinburgh) - diagnosed the "Renault Gearbox" problem in 2 minutes flat. There's a design fault with this Dual Mass Flywheel arrangement (common across many if not all Renault gearboxes) which everybody seems to know about apart from Renault - who washed their hands of the problem. Real classy Customer Service - NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you could use a different grade oil in your transmission that would reduce the whine. I have done this in less expensive vehicles, and solved the problem that way.

However, your vehicle warranty may prohibit the use of any other oil type than what is recommended by the manufacturer.

If this problem is a common occurance, then it will undoubtedly re-occur shortly after the expensive replacement work is done. Oil that is one grade heavier may solve the noise problem.
